"I have always been aware that there is a certain amount of mental toughness needed to succeed at any given sport. Through the Winning Actions program I now realize just how important the mental aspect of the sport is. It is obvious to me that the mental practice combined with the physical technique of a sport creates the perfect athlete. Before I had participated in the Winning Actions program, I was anxious while participating in games for my Select Lacrosse team. Winning actions gave me the confidence to follow through with my actions and ultimately made me a better player. I am extremely glad I participated in the Winning Actions Program, and grateful that it made me the best player I could be."
